Monday: Weekly Goals and Plans

Well it's Monday and to say the least my weekend was way too short. I didn't sleep Friday night so I spent saturday laying around doing nothing when I should've been doing housework and icing cakes. As a result I wound up icing my cake for class that morning and it turned out awful. I'm not even finished with it but it's starting to turn around and I hope by the time I finish it I will be happy with it.

Anyway on to weekly goals.

I've got to get our 2nd bedroom cleaned up it looks right now as if a bomb went off in there and I need to take care of that ASAP.

I also need to clean out my fridge and do some meal planning.

That's about it for what has to get accomplished this week

But some other things I'd like to do time permitting is organize my Relay materials and do some serious dusting. However I'm not going to be upset if I don't get these two things done. I'm learning more and more to let go of my perfectionist tendencies.

My week isn't very busy in fact it's quite relaxed so I plan on baking something later during the week not sure what.

This is a perfect week to try out some new recipes and I really am trying to be more adventurous in my cooking.

Anyway here's the plans:

gym after work
clean out fridge
sweep and mop kitchen floor after cleaning fridge
pick up living room clutter

quick clean of bathroom
throw trash out in back bedroom and start a Goodwill pile
organize bill cabinet

meal planning for next week
finish rose cake

gym after work
steaming dress clothes for work
start organizing back bedroom

Girls Night Out!!

grocery shopping
finish organizing back room

Sunday: I have a week off from Wilton Classes so my plans for sunday

In other news this girl who hasn't ran a day in her life is signed up to run a Relay with friends in a month.

am I crazy........... YES!

I started running today and did just over 2 miles in 30 minutes that's pretty bad folks. :(

All you runners out there do you have any tips?

Coming Soon...

the beginning of and plan for my wardrobe overhaul. As my 24th birthday approaches I find myself feeling more and more like a child in my clothes so I decided to take charge.

pics of my rose cake, and anything else I get ambitious and decide to try making this week.

Don't be so hard on yourself with running, you went out and ran and that's the important thing! You can do it! Yo'll get faster every time!
